She currently volunteers with Five Boroughs as a photography mentor at East Side Community High School.

Sean Gill is a writer, director, and editor who has been called “an imaginative, experienced playwright/filmmaker…[with] apocalyptic vision” by Papermag, and whose films have been described as “captivating, with a vision and creative flair very much their own” by The NY Theater Review. His films have screened at theAtlanta Film Festival, the Canadian Film Centre, the Anthology Film Archives, the NYC Downtown Shorts Festival, the LES Film Festival, Bideodromo Bilbao, PollyGrind Las Vegas (where he won “Best Transgressive Short”), and dozens of other festivals and venues. Two of his films were selected for the Big Fat Scary Deal art exhibition at Purdue University Galleries in 2013 and were subsequently added to the permanent collection. He has studied with Werner Herzog and Juan Luis Buñuel, followed public defenders for the National Geographic Channel, and was an artist-in-residence at the Bowery Poetry Club from 2011-2012.

Tessa Greenberg is a filmmaker and performer based out of Brooklyn, New York. She is currently a director and editor for UCB Comedy, (the Upright Citizens Brigade's film production company), where she makes original music videos and series. Video Mass credits include; Spooky Fest 1, "West High Story" (co-writer/director), Love Fest 1 "Lovey Jammers" (co-writer/director), Flux Fest "Hippocampus" (co-writer/director), Block Bust, "Concessions" (writer/director), and Spooky Fest 2, (Intersticials by Brett Glass, actor). Tessa also enjoys doing improv with her team, "Gloria", and can be seen performing at a handful of dark and damp bar basements throughout NYC. In addition to filmmaking, she loves singing, making music, and yelling at people on the street to stop looking at their phones while they walk.

Christine Kecher is the writer and producer of Been Here Before (Fluxfest 2013) and played a (small) role in producing What About Romance (Lovefest 2013). She currently works as Manager of Feature Films at A+E IndieFilms, which finances and produces independent features (Cartel Land, The Imposter, Client 9, The Tillman Story, etc). Her favorite movies include The Long Goodbye, Chinatown and Zodiac, and she's holding out hope that Video Mass will create a Noir Fest.

Carl Conway Maguire is a Brooklyn-based director, writer, editor, and producer, and an inaugural member of Video Mass. His contributions to the Fests include Old Timers (Flux Fest), SNIKT! (Spooky Fest 2) and Crazy 4 U (Love Fest 2), and his short film Sluggo The Skullcrusher screened at Block Bust 2013. In his spare time Carl draws comics, makes music videos, and roasts pork butts. He can also drive a manual transmission.
